Breakfast - Cavallero, Smith Street

The level of service may wax and wane. Hipsters and junkies make for good people watching. The chicken schnitzel sandwich is back on the menu. And so is one of the better breakfasts in Melbourne.

Fried eggs on toast. Bacon (lots), croquettes, and some spinach material. Multiple macchiatos, one Bloddy Mary. All the major food groups covered.

After 5 or so years, this place is still pretty cool. The Smith Street gold standard.
